A pilot ingests device biosignals to compute deterministic Signal Scores. Employees opt in individually; Corporate HR sees only k-anonymous, differentially-private aggregates — never individual rows. No data is sold, and the LLM only narrates results it is given. You can withdraw the pilot and purge data at any time.
