Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this marketing website and the pilot-booking flow. The screening service itself is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and (where US HIPAA applies) a Business Associate Agreement with your organization.

1. Scope
This site provides information about Signal Labs and lets authorized buyers request a pilot. Nothing here is a medical service, a diagnosis, or an offer of one. The Signal Score is a general-wellness measure, not a medical device output.
2. No medical advice
Content on this site is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Illustrative figures marked as projections are modeled, not guaranteed outcomes.
3. Pilot bookings
Submitting the pilot or ROI forms creates no contract and no obligation. It does not authorize any health screening or the processing of any health data. A screening proceeds only under a signed agreement with your organization and explicit participant consent captured in-app.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit data you are not authorized to share. Work-email and firmographic fields should contain only information you may lawfully provide.
5. Intellectual property
The Signal Labs name, marks, and content are the property of Signal Labs. The deterministic scoring methodology is proprietary; published descriptions are summaries, not the full model.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signal Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational site. Statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The screening service's contractual terms are set out in the separate MSA/DPA/BAA executed with your organization.
